حذف الحساب
Delete Account
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك بطريقتين. الحذف الكامل يكتمل خلال 30 يوماً. You can request deletion in two ways. Full deletion completes within 30 days.
الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق
Method 1: From the app
- افتح تطبيق دكتوري وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات (Settings).
- اختر الحساب (Account).
- اختر حذف الحساب (Delete Account).
- أدخل رمز OTP لتأكيد هويتك.
- سيبدأ الحذف فوراً ويُكتمل خلال 30 يوماً.
- Open Doctori and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
- Deletion starts immediately and completes within 30 days.

مدة المعالجة: سنبدأ تنفيذ طلبك فور التحقّق منه، وسنُكمل الحذف خلال 30 يوماً. تُرسل لك رسالة تأكيد عند الإكتمال.
SLA: deletion starts on verification and is completed within 30 days. We send a confirmation message when done.
